I’m Mox, and I’m a married mother of one. That’s the short version, and the version that seems to be the most pertinent to the world at large. I am also a writer, painter, sometime poet, gardener, amateur psychologist, latent feminist, good friend, good daughter, and general all-around good egg.
Side note: the title of this blog is the street name where an old boyfriend used to live.
Mox-
I did the trackback shuffle and found you and your link to my blog planetjan. I like your style, wit, and verve. (Running out of superlatives here) More important than, “Is the glass half empty of half full?” is; What’s in the glass? Where the hell do you live? Now that Halloween is in striking distance and it’s still 90 degrees outside here, I’m looking forward to wearing restricted clothing – a tartan straightjacket sounds perfect! Always, Jan
Thanks for your kindness.
What’s in the glass would depend on the day I’m having. Sometimes it’s water, sometimes it’s vodka. Hard to tell the difference just by looking, which is just the way I like it.
I live somewhere east of the Mississippi, somewhere south of the Ohio, and in an area of the country that I like to refer to as The Upper South. I say “y’all” a lot and I don’t wear shoes if I can help it.
I keep myself a little bit vague because in a lot of ways I’m Everywoman, just trying to get by. I live on a tight budget and in tight pants, neither of which I’m happy about.
Welcome to my miniscule little corner of the Internet.
Another wordpress girl here. Found you, read you, like you! Happy day. LRR.
Visit any time you’d like, LRR. There’s usually some sort of nonsense going on around here.
